Vic currently heads the Kimberly-Clark (KC) GBS Global
Delivery Network of seven operations centers, primarily providing KC with
Finance & Accounting and Procurement services.
A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Vic
served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy. His first corporate role
was as a Six Sigma Black Belt in the GE North America shared service center
where he became a certified Master Black Belt and the center’s Quality Leader.

merchant acquiring payment processing division, where he later branched out
into roles leading merger integration activity and call center strategy. He
moved on to become Chief Operations Officer at top-ten payments processor First
National Merchant Solutions (FNMS) where his team processed credit card
transactions totaling over one-hundred billion USD annually for over
four-hundred thousand client locations.
After stabilizing the acquisition and integration of FNMS by
TSYS, Vic joined Mondelez International as the head of its European shared
services center in Bratislava, Slovakia. He strengthened and grew the center before
driving the conversion of Mondelez’s global Finance & Accounting operations
into a BPO model. He was subsequently promoted into a role leading the start-up
of three additional global captive centers, providing one-hundred thousand
employees with predominantly hire-to-retire (HTR) services.
In his current role, Vic is uniting Kimberly-Clark’s seven
disparate regional shared services centers into one global delivery network by applying
standard infrastructure, policies and procedures. His transformational
activities also include determining service placement strategy, strengthening
BPO partnerships, and incorporating RPA and other automation opportunities.
