Yatima Kapil, AVP Head of Digital Automation Solutions CoE, takes enterprise technology strategy from concept to steady state operations. Currently responsible for the execution of global large scale complex transformation initiatives across MetLife US, Japan, and Mexico; Yatima and team solve for key business challenges utilizing process re-engineering and automation-based technologies, such as: robotics process automation; data digitization, business process workflow. Prior to joining Digital Automation group, she led a product management team developing MetLife’s digital sales platform. 

Prior to joining MetLife in 2008, Yatima was with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and is one of the 10 handpicked founding engineers for General Electric’s (GE) startup “SupportCentral”. The first of its kind rapid application building platform that enabled digitized business solution without IT intervention.

Yatima holds Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering degree from AIT Pune, India.
