Xavier Rodriguez was a professional soccer play for Atlas F.C., and played for the national U-21 team.

After hanging up his cleats, he started as a Project Data Management Coordinator at Hewlett Packard, where he worked for 10 years, and rose to be the FP&A manager for shared services. After leaving HP, he worked at Panuit, as a Shared Services Director, where he lead a team of 250 people. In his most recent role, Xavier has been the Shared Services Director for Technicolor, and has been teaching at different universities in Mexico. He has a wife and two beautiful children, Claudia and Mateo.
