Sue Dempsey is Senior Director with Kellogg Company and leads the Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Center for Kellogg North America including managing Service Level agreements/Metric achievements, Overhead Delivery, Continuous Improvement and Employee Engagement.

She has been involved with the Kellogg Global Business Services journey since inception of the center and the start-up of functions across Hire to Retire, Record to Report & Commercial Finance, Procure to Pay (Finance) as well as Order to Cash.  The center opened in late 2014 and has grown from 7 employees to over 400.

Sue has 23 years of experience with Kellogg Company including leadership roles in Finance, Supply Chain and Human Resources.  She has also held Finance leadership roles at Stryker Medical and American Capital Companies. In addition, she is a former small business owner of B&S Enterprises, LLC, and Dempsey’s Frozen Custard, LLC.

Sue began her career in the audit division of Ernst & Young.  She has a Master of Business Administration from University of Houston and a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and is AIPICS Certified in Production & Inventory Management.  She also completed an Executive Development Program in Integrated Operations Management at Michigan State University and is in process of achieving a Global Business Services Advanced Certification.
