The organization includes the Record to Report,
Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Payroll functions. In three years, Sue and
her team have focused on implementing and leveraging technology,
standardization and process improvements to enhance financial services and
decrease costs. Through partnerships
with both EXL, and ADP most recently, efficiencies have been gained as well as
increasing productivity. Centralizing keep activities has allowed Sue and her
team to collect volumes of data and make sense of it in the form of metrics and
service levels.
Prior to Hubbell, Sue was a Partner at ISG
for eight years, leading the BPO practice. Before that, she was a GVP of
Financial Shared Services at Cendant Corp for nine years. Sue began her career
at Arthur Andersen for eleven years in their Audit practice.
Sue holds a MBA in Accounting from Rutgers
University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech, with a major in Organizational Communications
from Northwestern University. She is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and South Carolina Society of Certified Public
Accountants. Sue supports the Children’s Tumor Foundation through a variety of
fundraising activities.
