Sue Danino

Vice President of GBS Hubbell Incorporated

Sue joined Hubbell, Inc in 2015 to create a Global Shared Services Organization as part of a transformation initiative called One Hubbell Finance. The organization includes the Record to Report, Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Payroll functions. Sue and her team focused on implementing and leveraging technology, standardization, and process improvements to enhance financial services and decrease costs. Through partnerships with several third-party providers efficiencies have been gained as well as increasing productivity. In 2022, Sue was promoted to Vice President of Global Business Services reporting directly to Hubbell’s Chief Financial Officer. She oversees all Global Business Services (GBS) in India, One Hubbell Finance and Global Payroll Services. GBS supports Hubbell businesses in three India locations in the areas of Engineering, IT, Customer Support, Sourcing, Compliance, Marketing, Data Research and Analytics. Prior to Hubbell, Sue was a Partner at ISG for eight years, leading the BPO practice. Before that, she was GVP of Financial Shared Services at Cendant Corp for nine years. Sue began her career at Arthur Andersen for eleven years in their Audit practice. Sue holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Speech, with a major in Organizational Communications from Northwestern University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and South Carolina Society of Certified Public Accountants. Sue enjoys activities with her family on Lake Keowee in South Carolina. She also serves as Treasurer on a Board related to special needs housing in RI.
