Sudan
Anduze is a visionary leader with diverse experience heading Finance,
Accounting, and Operations shared-service divisions. Sudan is known as a
relationship builder and gifted communicator. He is versatile at delivering
mission critical initiatives and comfortable turning the art of the possible
into cohesive and elegant solutions. Sudan was the founder and managing
principle of an Accounting & Technology firm providing custom accounting
solutions and wireless applications (later sold to a private equity firm).
Returning to the private sector, Sudan currently heads Operations Delivery
Services in COO - Operations at Fannie Mae, where his team manages
program/project management, budgeting & forecasting, independent validation
and verification testing (IV&V), and business operational readiness.
Partnering with technology, front office, and other departments, this shared
service is responsible for ensuring safe and sound delivery of end-to-end (E2E)
customer centric business capabilities. Earlier in his career Sudan held
a variety of senior positions in accounting and technology – including
consulting work across Asia, Europe and Africa.
Sudan
attended University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business (BS Accounting) and
University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton (MBA Finance/Accounting). He is certified
ITIL, CFTL, PMP, and a current member of IT Senior Management Forum (ITSMF)
