Steve joined Marriott International in 2007, working in the Research and Analytics group within the Marriott Vacation Club brand.

Since then, he has moved into the Talent Management Analytics and Solution group within Marriott International as a Senior Director.  Steve oversees a team of three persons devoted to enterprise-wide research projects within Marriott including predictive data modeling, academic-style research, business impact studies, quality of hire studies, learning evaluation, and project evaluation. Over his tenure with Marriott, he has performed multiple personnel assessment validation studies, oversaw the development of an enterprise-wide bio-data prescreening system, and coordinated the administration of the enterprise-wide engagement survey. In addition to ongoing enterprise research and analytics functions, he also oversees the ongoing maintenance of job codes, job descriptions, and selection-related information within the enterprises’ applicant tracking system. 

Steve did his undergraduate work at the University of Central Florida and holds Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida with a specialization in Research and Analytics.
