Sharon Mirabelle was appointed Vice President McCormick Shared Services in 2002. She is responsible for the continued development and evolution of the Shared Services Organization. She is also accountable for the standardization, optimization and financial control globalization within the Shared Services Functions. She was an integral part in the installation of SAP in North America Europe, Middle East, and Africa zone. Mrs. Mirabelle joined McCormick in 1984 as a Staff Accountant/General Ledger before being promoted to Internal Auditor. She then became a Senior Accountant/General Ledger, Accounts Payable Manager, and Controller of Customer Allowances. In 1995, Mrs. Mirabelle became Director of Customer Financial Services. In 1997, she became Director of Accounting and Financial Planning for the Consumer Products Division (CPD). She was then promoted to Director of Finance and Group Support Services for the Food Service Division in 1999 and to the Vice President of Finance and Administration for USCPD in 2000.

Mrs. Mirabelle held this position until moving to her current position in 2002. Mrs. Mirabelle earned a BA in accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland in 1983. She received an MBA degree with a concentration in finance from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
