Shadi Rezvan is a Senior Manager at Twitter Shared Services & Transformation function leading its Global BPO partnership in Finance Operations.

In her role, she partners with function leads in finance & beyond including Order to Cash, Credit & Collections, Record to Report, Source to Pay, FP&A and Twitter Service team to identify and drive transformation initiatives in shared services and BPO.

Shadi is a seasoned leader with broad experience in Business Process Outsourcing and Shared Services. She specializes in formulating BPO strategy, building strong BPO governance structure & teams, creating executive performance dashboards and driving transformational roadmaps.

She previously worked in world-class companies, such as Deloitte, Bank of Montreal and Scotiabank and in addition to BPO & Shared Services she has deep expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations and program management in variety of industries including financial services, energy, public sector, technology, transportation and manufacturing.
