Sam brings over 20 years of experience in the Transformation and Global Business Services industry and in translating vision and strategy into successful results. He is currently Global Chief Business Services Officer at Fresenius Medical Care leading the enterprise services and transformation organizations across the Med Tech, Healthcare, and Services business units. Sam joined Fresenius from Salesforce where he was Head of Global Business Services & Transformation for the last 10 years. During his tenure, Sam built Salesforce’s transformation and business services organizations supporting the enterprise from the ground up. Prior to that, he held various senior positions at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and other Fortune 100 companies. He has also served as a strategic transformation consultant and advisor for Fortune 500 companies and is a highly regarded advisory board member for Transformation, Operations and Business Services across the industry. Sam holds an International Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic.
