Significant experience leading large cross-countries teams from Brazil, India and Poland. Used to manage HR outsourcing implementation and service delivery for LATAM in regards Payroll, HR Administration, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition (Recruitment), Global Mobility (Expatriates) and Contact (Call) Center. Responsible to design, build and deliver LATAM HR operations strategies, including workforce planning, reorganizations and compensation. Accountable to get buy-in from key stakeholders on implementation programs. Collaborated with sales teams to define strategies, solutions and proposals for new clients/contracts. Key contributor in sales presentations to C-levels from prospects and existing clients. Considerable experience with Information Technology throughout extensive implementations and integrations for several HR applications like: SAP HCM (three different full projects), ServiceNow & Qualitor (Case Management Systems), Sophos (IVR), Taleo, SumTotal, Microsiga Payroll (Brazil, Argentina and Chile), ADP Global View and ADP Expert.
