Robert Bradford is the Sr. VP of GBS Operations for AkzoNobel, a $17B USD multinational maker of decorative paints, protective coatings and specialty chemicals. 

Mr. Bradford has spent 28 years building and running Shared Services, Outsourcer Management, and GBS Operations across a variety of industries.  He is one of a rare group of people who have been a consultant in GBS strategy, an outsourcing contract negotiator/advisor, a BPO service provider, and a senior leader responsible for building and running two global GBS operations.  He now brings this unique combination of perspectives together to build highly practical and efficient organizations that optimize performance and governance across complex delivery landscapes.
