At the start of my career, I had the opportunity to work for such consultancy giants as Deloitte and Aon where I gained valuable experience in service areas which included human capital management, corporate finance, business strategy and operations.
This provided an excellent foundation for me to expand upon, and I was able to pinpoint my passion for work involving human resources leadership.
After a brief professional detour to start my own successful businesses from ground up, I returned my career focus to the HR field, and have been progressively advancing in senior leadership roles ever since. I specialize in building a scalable HR function to sustain hyper growth and successful exits for small to midsize organizations.
Although I specialize in HR, the competitive advantage I offer is my ability to switch between finance, operations and IT functions. I have a unique perspective in that I look at the big picture and can manage change across multiple business segments.
