Mark is the global partner responsible for ISG’s Robotic Process Automation and Cognitive Services practice. He has accountability for all aspects of the business across all of ISG’s research and advisory services.  Mark is an active speaker and thought leader at client and public events, such as The Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) and International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, and is often published and quoted on RPA-related topics.  Mark is one the earliest practitioners of RPA assessment and commercial automation implementation.  He began working in RPA 4+ years ago, while working in business process outsourcing services.  He joined ISG two years ago as a founding member of the Robotic Process Automation practice; building the practice to over 150 consultants across three continents in 18 months.  He has deep experience in all aspects of the RPA life cycle and complex process automation, delivering automations of varying scope and complexity, for numerous client engagements in multiple verticals. Mark is a former CIO and consultant with more than 35 years of experience in process automation, information technology, sourcing, supply chain management, transformation and acquisition integration. His consulting experience includes work for well known firms such as Coopers & Lybrand, Deloitte, and AlixPartners. His industry experience includes acquisition integration, supply chain and IT roles in the banking, manufacturing and distribution industries.  He has held CIO positions for nationwide distribution, retail, media/publishing and textile firms.  He is also an entrepreneur, having founded two consulting firms in IT and supply chain management consulting.
