Juan is the Leader for the Centers of Excellence in LatAm at Uber.

He has been leading teams for over 15 years in the Shared Services industry in companies such as P&G, HP, DHL-Deutsche Post and Bank of America. Juan has an MBA in Finance and has led services teams supporting Finance and Accounting, Technology and Customer Service among others. Throughout his career he has focused in the application of Innovation, Quality and Process Improvement methodologies to services.
