John Dieter is the Senior Vice President of PepsiCo’s Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS)organization.  This group has led PepsiCo’s captive and business process outsourcing strategy globally which has resulted in a hybrid of captive shared service centers and outsourced centers supporting Finance & Accounting and Payroll.  Prior to this role John was the VP and Controller for PepsiCo’s North America Warehouse business encompassing the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses and has worked in number of PepsiCo’s Divisions over his 20 year career with the Company.”
