VP, Global HR Shared Services Programme Brambles

Fraser Kirk is currently Vice President, Global HR Shared Services Programme at Brambles Group where he is responsible for setting up Global HR Operations, Employee & Labour Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, HRIS (Workday & ServiceNow), and HR Projects & Reporting. 

Before joining Brambles Fraser was Director Strategic Initiatives at Coca Cola Enterprises which involved the design and setup of their Business Service Centre in Bulgaria.  Prior to this he was Head of European HR Services, responsible for running the regional services operation, following his role as Global HR Transformation Programme Director which involved rolling out HR shared services, SAP and transforming the overall HR model in Europe and North America. 

Fraser is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
