Head of Global HR Customer Support Services and IM CoE Ericsson
Claudia Petrocchi is currently
the Head of the International Mobility CoE and Head of the End User Support CoE
Previously she was the Head of the HR Sheared Service North
In her current role she leads two global teams, with a total
of more than 80 members spread over 9 geographies, supporting the International
Mobility operations and the global HR Customer Support Service Desk. In
addition to this, she is also the Customer Engagement Manager for MANA (Market
Area North America), being the liaison between MANA HR and the HR Global
Operations team. As the CEM, Claudia seats in MANA HR Leadership Team.
Claudia has a decade of experience in HR Service Delivery,
HR Global Operations and Shared Services Organization, with significant
experience in project work, process improvement, outsourcing and offshoring,
change management, stakeholder Management.
HR Global Operation’s team, whose leadership team she is a
part of, successfully represent Ericsson in SSON (Shared Services and
Outsourcing Network) winning several awards between 2016 and 2018 and has been
CMMI level 5 certified.
Claudia has a BA in Law
(LLB), a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, a certification in family mediation, a
specialization in human resources and a Prosci certification in change
