Caroline Jecko-Parkes is the
former Vice President of Global HR Shared Services at United Technologies
Corporation where she implemented an HR Shared Services global organization in
support of a companywide HR transformation. She developed best in class shared
services across nine service centers globally through HR administrative,
advisory and specialized services for all stages of the employee lifecycle.
Caroline has 19 years’
experience in managing various Shared Services functions, including: HR Shared
Services, Employee Portal deployment, Procure to Pay system implementation,
Relocation Program consolidation and Vendor Management. Her background in
Customer Service management and Sales and Account management is at the source
of her drive for service excellence and her philosophy of continuous process
improvement. Prior to joining UTC, Caroline led the HR Shared Services function
at Quest Diagnostics supporting over 40,000 employees. The Shared Services
function covered Onboarding Administration, Employee Lifecycle Administration,
Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, System Support, Reporting and an
Employee Contact Center.
Prior to Quest, Caroline held
progressive regional and global leadership positions at Citigroup in sales and
account management, project management, customer service and shared services in
Europe and in the US.
Caroline holds a BA in
International Business from the ESLSCA Business School, Paris, France and a
Postgraduate Diploma in Administrative and Information Management from Napier
University, Edinburgh, Scotland.’
