Leads a team that has established a solid RPA foundation and is integrating it through-out their Orlando based shared service center.  Bill’s 45 year career at Darden includes leadership positions in Accounting Services, Internal Control, Investment Analysis, and Asset Management.  He led the establishment of their Accounting Shared Services center, their Oracle ERP implementation, and their SOX compliance process.  He was a key member of teams that managed restaurant company acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings and start-ups.  Bill is a MBA/CPA, past adjunct Professor of Accounting, and past Chairman of the National Restaurant Association Tax Executives Group.
